Structural insulated panels can be used for external walls and for roof panels.  Because of their strength the wall panels do not need studs and the roof panels do not need trusses (and will provide better insulation than traditional roof construction methods).  Thus, SIPs can save time in construction as well as providing superior thermal insulation.  SIPs will exceed all required building regulations specifications.  Also, SIPs have passed every required fire resistance test for domestic and commercial building projects.

SIP panels are considerably lighter than traditional building materials. This means that money can be saved at key stages throughout the build, lighter footings; no need for internal block work so in many cases the internal walls are installed within a day and the outer skin is normally clad with timber or rendered. We can also provide traditional brick work. All this provides a quicker more cost effective build that offers a much more thermally efficient extension so saving you more in the future in heating.
